1. About LMT.Pro

LMT.Pro is a professional engineering software platform providing computational tools to support preliminary design and planning in the lifting, methods, and temporary works engineering fields. The platform is operated under the name LMT.Pro.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using any LMT.Pro tool — including but not limited to Lifting Commandor, Crane Working Platforms, Haul Roads, Protection Slabs, Scaffolding, and Falsework — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

These terms apply to all users, including Appointed Persons (AP), Temporary Works Designers (TWD), Temporary Works Coordinators (TWC), Site Engineers, and all other construction professionals.

3. Important Disclaimer — Engineering Tools

The outputs generated by LMT.Pro tools are provided as a computational aid for preliminary engineering assessment only. All results, calculations, drawings, and documents produced by this platform must be independently reviewed and validated by the responsible engineer before use on any project.

LMT.Pro accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of unverified outputs. The platform does not replace the professional judgement of a competent engineer.

These tools are intended for use by competent persons including Appointed Persons (AP), Temporary Works Designers (TWD), Temporary Works Coordinators (TWC), Site Engineers, and other qualified construction professionals. The user remains solely responsible for ensuring all outputs comply with applicable standards, site-specific conditions, statutory requirements, and contractual obligations.

Outputs from LMT.Pro do not constitute a certified, signed, or approved engineering document unless independently verified and formally issued by a suitably qualified engineer.

All software, algorithms, design logic, templates, report formats, and content on LMT.Pro are the intellectual property of LMT.Pro. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

Engineering outputs (calculation reports, DXF drawings, lifting plans) generated by the tools are provided for your use in accordance with Section 4 above.

6. Standards and Compliance

LMT.Pro tools reference published engineering standards including but not limited to EN 13000, ISO 4305, BS 5975, TWf2019:02, BR470, TG20:13, BS EN 12811-1, BS 7121, CDM 2015, LOLER 1998, and the Eurocodes. References to these standards are for guidance only.

The user is solely responsible for ensuring that the applicable version of any standard is used and that all local, regional, and project-specific requirements are satisfied.

7. Founding Access Period

During the founding access period, LMT.Pro tools are made available at no charge. LMT.Pro reserves the right to introduce commercial pricing at any time with reasonable advance notice to registered users. Founding access does not constitute a contractual commitment to any specific pricing structure.
